Is each creation really unique ?
yes, every single creation that comes out our workshop is unique. As every sail is unique, has its own history, every time our designing team is thinking about a creation it's to improve the last one and make something different.
Where do you imagine and make these creation ?
It s 100% French made. All our creation are imagined by two designers : Jean Baptiste Roger and Anna Beyou. Every creation is 100% mage in France by our team.
Questions about personalisation ?
May I choose a special sailcloth ?
Yes, of first job is to collect and recycle sail cloth therefore we have an important amount of sail cloth in stock. You can choose among this stock our ask somthing else.
May I ask for a special brand or something ?
Yes, we have most brand of sailcloth, most brand of boats .. just ask ..
Can I choose the shape I want ?
Yes, even if its easier and cheaper to customise an existing model, we can design and make your own bag. From a single piece to series of hundreds .. .

What is a limited edition ?
It is a collection of bags or decoration that is extrordinary : sailcloth that raced around the world, unbelivable creation of our designers, ...
All limited edition creation are signed under the brand "727sailbags byANNA"
How long last a limited edition ?
It depends from a couple of weeks to a couple of months
Wich kind of product may I find in limited edition ?
All products of our regular collection may become limited edition if they are made from a famous recycled sailcloth, as well as all other creation of our designers may imagin.
Questions about Recycling ?
Where are uncollected sailcloth going to ?
If 727sailbags can't collect a sailcloth it s going either to
- Incineration: sails are theoretically treated as hazardous waste and thus incinerated in dedicated facilities. However, most of the time they are treated as regular waste (i.e. biodegradable or with little effect to the environment), and they are therefore buried in garbage dumps along with biodegradable waste.
- Burial: Certain racing sails contain materials that prevent incineration (fibreglass, Kelvar, Mylar, Glues…) since they are either non-destructible or extremely harmful. These sails are then buried in a technical burial centre (TBC), a registered environment-protection facility. Racing sails are buried in category 1 TBCs which are designed to accommodate hazardous waste. Unlike category 2 (Food/biodegradable) and 3 (raw materials: dirt, rubble...)
To which extend to you recycle a sail ?
- When we recover a sail, we recycle an average of 90% of it; this reaches 100% in some cases. The unused portions are then separated and we perform a selective sort (steel, fuel, biodegradable compounds, non biodegradable fibres)
- 727Sailbags agrees to provide gift vouchers to customers who return their end-of-life 727Sailbags creation.

How much are shipping fees ?
Shiping fees depends on the creation you are buying. You will have the exact price during your buying process. For instance It starts at 9,50€ and rises to 250€ for heavy shipping worlwide. Usually shipping fees are around 10€
Can I have a billing address different from my shipping address ?
Yes of course, if you want to offer something or to descrease shipping expenses, you will have the choice to fill up 2 differents address.

We deliver your order in the world in 4 to 15 days.
What is the difference between "Green" shipping and "VIP" shipping ?
You will have the choice between tow types of shipping :
Green : Orders ship with-in a maximum of 16 working days (usually less)
VIP : Orders ship with-in a maxium of 96 hours in France only.
How can I follow my 727sailbags during its shipping ?
Once your order is packed up by our shipping dpt, you will receive an e-mail with a personnal code.
