Designed around the sails similar to those of classic yachts, this collaboration undeniably represents the French elegance and authenticity.

Designed as a universal pouch, the Pocket can alternatively serve as a purse, a small kit for lip balm, or somewhere to put all those loyalty cards that clutter up your wallet. It is particularly useful for your metro and tram pass and, with its carabiner, can be attached to a key ring or the cords provided inside the handbags in most of our collections.

An exceptional collection.The sophisticated convergence between the soft leather and the robust recycled sails. 727 Sailbags has taken inspiration from the zigzag seams that run along the original three-masted legendary sails.

The last surviving 19th century legendary tall ship; the Belem. A ship that continues its legacy and allows over 30,000 visitors to dream each year. To preserve the bequest, 727 Sailbags decided to donate a proportion of their profits to the Belem Foundation.

The Pocket is made from 100% recycled sails.

Made from vintage Dacron sails reminiscent of classic yachts, the Belem collection by 727 Sailbags is inspired by the original sails of the legendary three-master. These sails are chosen for their strength, and feature the zig zag stitching of the original Belem sails.

In our workshop in Lorient, Brittany, we collect sails every day. Through these sails, singular stories of navigations. Each sail has its own story, and you can learn about it on the authentication sheet that you can find on most of our products. By giving a second life to the these sails, we commit for the preservation of the environment.
