The Biky Pannier Backpack is made from recycled technique sail and thick, waterproof 100% cotton khaki canvas. The orange spinnaker sail details add a colorful touch, for a sporty and modern look.
Our bikepacking line was designed and prototyped in our workshop in Lorient, France. It is the result of combining the know-how of our seamstresses, who are specialized in upcycling sails, and that of our team of designers, keen to create premium-quality, durable, everyday pieces.

The Biky Pannier Backpack is ideal for daily commuting to work, the gym, and the grocery store. Its lightweight design and functional features make it suitable for touring and bike-packing adventures too!
A 17L pack, this pannier backpack convertible is designed to safeguard all your essentials for a day of work, or for bike expeditions. It fits a laptop up to 15”, protected with a shock absorbing padded back. Under the top flap, its recycled spinnaker sail and sliding lace closure system provides additional weather-protection for your belongings. The bag has 3 exterior pockets and 2 interior pockets. Keep your clothes, lunch box, wallet, hats, gloves, and documents completely organized and with easy access – it will hold it all! It also features an exterior expendable strap, a bottle holder, and a steel eyelet to attach your helmet.
The German made KLICKfix pannier system adjusts and fits standard bike racks. Attach the pannier easily and enjoy your bike rides without carrying your everyday gear on your back! On foot, unclip the pannier and unfold the straps from their top flap-pocket to wear it like a regular, comfortable backpack. Switching from cycling to walking has never been easier!
An authentication form has been sewn inside each pannier and certifies the origin of the sail.

This product is made from technical sails of racing or regatta boats that often have an exceptional history. Behind this branding, multiple wefts, processes and materials (carbon, kevlar, mylar, etc.) add up to the canvas that we collect from sailors.
In our workshop in Lorient, Brittany, we collect sails every day. Through these sails, singular stories of navigations. Each sail has its own story, and you can learn about it on the authentication sheet that you can find on most of our products. By giving a second life to the these sails, we commit for the preservation of the environment.
